吃在印尼 - 牛肉丸子 (Bakso)

Bakso是印尼其中一个特色的民间食物,是用牛肉加木薯粉制成的肉丸,配上面条或米粉和用牛骨熬出美味的牛肉汤。可以个人喜好放一点酱油,辣椒或番茄酱在汤上。
一般上小贩会给五至六粒的牛肉丸和一粒外层用牛肉包成的鸡蛋。再配上一些葱花和豆芽。一碗Rp 15k - 25k。
